Icon Equipment Solutions Philippines is looking for a Service Advisor for the Parañaque Area to manage and assist our client's needs.
Main Functions:
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Ensure the best possible after sales service is being provided to customers.
- Identify required services of customer, provide quotations and process orders.
- Updates the internal and external customers on the status of the job in order to ensure completion within the committed date.
- Assist with the management of employees and day-to-day operations
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position (Heavy Equipment & Construction experience is a plus)
- Candidate must preferably possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong data gathering and analytical skills including ability to analyze information from different sources and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Computer literate, proficient in MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Additional knowledge in other program or application is an advantage
- Willing to work in Parañaque City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
