Duties & Responsibilities:
· Listen to customers’ account of issues and symptoms to better understand what the problem is
· Perform inspections
· Verify warranty, insurance or contract coverage for service
· Calculate and provide customer with an estimate expenses for resolving the problem
· Explain process to clients so they understand what to expect
· Record information gathered from each visit in appropriate database
· Work with supervisors, technician and the rest of team to provide a positive and expedient resolution
What we need:
· Graduate of any 4-year course
· Knowledge in PIS/ knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
· Experience in European cars
· Good Communication Skills
· Excellent time management skills
· Must be a team player
· Experience as an automotive service advisor desired

Pay: From Php16,770.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
