DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation of approved application on the end user’s laptop.
- Remote support for employees who are outside the office.
- Basic network troubleshooting and coordination to L2 Support.
- Basic application troubleshooting and coordination to L2 Support.
- LFA Deployment (Installation) (MAC and Windows) / Blancco Implementation / Laptop.
- Assists in Level 1 troubleshooting or resolving issues encountered by users, like password reset for enterprise systems/applications
- Assigning of user on different OU’s in Active Directory upon IS approval.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of any IT related course.
- Proficient with service desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize network performance.
- Knowledgeable in hardware, operating systems, and software.
- Capable of managing network configurations and capacity planning.
- Willing to work in Taguig City
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php16,500.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
