DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates and implements sales and marketing plans that will assure that the service department is aggressively seeking new customers and markets, achieving its full sales and profit potential.
- Implements and maintains job loading and quality control systems that will assure the department is operating at maximum levels of productivity and efficiency, completing jobs when promised, minimizing repeat repairs.
- Ensures that all repair orders are completed accurately and submitted to the accounting office on a timely basis.
- Represents the company when dealing with the dealer principal, business associates and customers.
- Delegates work assignments, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a licensed mechanical engineer
- With 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees
- Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Possesses a valid professional driver’s license
