Assisting customers, maintaining showroom presentation & inventory, and providing general support to the service & sales team, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience and adherence to company standards and regulations.
Job Description:
1. Overall Service and Sales Operations Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the showroom, service center, and hub (if applicable) by ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Follow company guidelines, meet sales and operational targets, and align with the company's vision, mission, and core values.
2. Customer Service and Engagement. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, transactions, and concerns. Coordinate with team members and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel or management when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
3. Compliance. Ensure compliance with the standards (vision, mission, core values, processes) as mandated by Management.
4. Reporting. Maintain accurate and regular reports on customer feedback, sales, trends, inventory situations, and other significant information in a timely manners as required.
5. Others: Other tasks may from time to time be assigned in accordnace with the exigencies of the business, within the employee's department, the company, as well as the other companies.
