- Oversees total service support team operations.
- Ensures efficiency in operations of teams.
- Consolidate and review all reports made by After Sales Coordinator and Service Admin team; ensure corrective actions are taken based on reports generated.
- Ensures Completeness of necessary attachments for the billings.
- Consolidation of a service reports made by Service Engineering team.
- Consolidation of work evidence reports made by Engineering team.
- Join Operations Manager in planning improvements in operations.
- Train team members to become more efficient.
- Accepts and performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service or technical support, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle escalated customer issues professionally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions.
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
