- Service Level Management
- Configuration Management
- Client Support (Incident Management, Access Management, Asset Management, Problem Management)
- Manage teams, ensure performance and oversee growth of each team member
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or any related technical course
- With at least 5 years of experience in managing a 24x7x365 Security or Network Operations Center
- Professional to Expert Level trainings/certifications in any of the ff:
1) IT Service Management
2) IT Infrastructure (Network, Servers, Cloud)
3) Cybersecurity and/or Information Security
- Willing to report in Makati in a predominantly onsite work set-up and shifting schedule
