PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Assist in identifying and acquiring land for new developments and future company projects.
- Conduct site visits and basic evaluations to assess the property's potential for development.
- Collect and review property information, including ownership, pricing, location, and legal status.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or an equivalent level of knowledge.
Experience: Preferably with experience in real estate (Land Acquisition, Project Development, Titling and Documentation)
Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Can drive a four-wheeled vehicle with valid driver’s license
- Willing to work in Pila, Laguna
