Site Architect

Qualification:

• Graduate of BS Architecture
• Licensed Architect
• 3 to 5 years experience preferrably with commercial projects, malls, mid-rise to high-rise buildings, or offices
• Experienced in handling full project phases for mid-rise to high-rise buildings
• Willing to work in or live in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Available to start immediately

Scope of work:

• Helps oversee the entire project
• Makes sure the project is done well and on time
• Manages one project at a time
• Ensures construction follows the designs and plans
• Checks project progress regularly
• Reviews designs before, during, and after construction
• Coordinates with team, contractors, and other departments
• Assigns tasks fairly to team members
• Keeps reports and meeting notes accurate and updated
• Deals with project issues based on priority
• Reviews team reports on project status and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
