Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise the progress of Outsourced BIM Works (If any)
Check and correct errors in the BIM Output (Revit and Inventor)
Do hands-on BIM work as needed
Assist the production team in the panel fabrication
Check the precast installation on site if necessary / if requested by Operations
Act as an authorized Planning and BIM Head representative in the absence of the Director - Technical Planning & Design.
Qualifications:
Licensed Architect
With 3 to 5 years of experience in Building Information Modelling
Knowledgeable in Revit Modelling
With working experience in the Real Estate or the precast industry
With at least 6 years of experience as Site Architect
Willing to be assigned either in Silang, Cavite or Alabang, Muntinlupa
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
