- Perform construction and maintenance tasks such as masonry, carpentry, concreting, formworks, plastering, and finishing works.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and alignment of structural components.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Mix and apply construction materials (cement, mortar, concrete, etc.) according to project specifications.
- Ensure proper site preparation, leveling, and measurements before construction activities.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and co-workers to complete tasks on time.
- Perform quality checks to ensure work meets standards and client requirements.
- Provide support in other construction-related duties as assigned.
