We are seeking a talented Social Media Associate to join our marketing team. This dual role requires a creative individual who excels at crafting engaging content and strategically managing social media platforms to grow our brand, generate leads, and connect with audiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about real estate, storytelling, and leveraging digital platforms to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven experience in content writing for real estate or related industries
- Ability to craft content for social media platforms, blogs, and website copy
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices to ensure content ranks well
- Ability to turn complex real estate information into clear, engaging content for various audiences
- Create and post engaging content (videos, images, captions, etc.) for social media.
- Record voice-overs for property tours and promotional videos.
- Stay updated on real estate trends and incorporate them into content.
- Engage with followers and track social media performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Managing and Content Creator, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Experience in voice-over work.
- Skilled in content creation for social media.
- Basic knowledge of real estate.
- Creative and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred.
