We are seeking a talented Social Media Associate to join our marketing team. This dual role requires a creative individual who excels at crafting engaging content and strategically managing social media platforms to grow our brand, generate leads, and connect with audiences. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to real estate audiences.
- Platform Management: Oversee and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster relationships and trust with followers.
- Advertising Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Content Creation
- Content Planning: Develop a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and seasonal real estate trends.
- Visual Content Creation: Plan Design eye-catching graphics, edit high-quality videos, and produce reels/stories showcasing properties, market insights, and client testimonials.
- Copywriting: Write engaging captions, blogs, and email newsletters that resonate with the target audience.
- Trend Integration: Incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and formats into content to maximize visibility and engagement.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing head, graphic designers, and videographers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Partner with the Marketing head to create promotional campaigns for featured properties or services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Managing and Content Creator, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Exceptional skills in creating and editing digital content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Ability to create engaging and professional voice recordings using voice recording software/tools.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite) and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with paid advertising on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with real estate trends and buyer/seller behavior is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred.

- Willing to relocate to Cavite
