Job Summary:
The Social Media Associate will support the company's digital marketing efforts by managing our social media platforms, Facebook Ads, crafting engaging content, assisting in content strategy, analyzing social media data, and performing basic editing. This role works under the direction of the Digital Marketing Supervisor to ensure effective execution of social media campaigns aligned with strategic communications goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, engagement monitoring, and community interaction.
- Maintain an organized content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publishing across platforms.
- Stay current on social media trends, algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure the company's digital presence remains competitive.
2. Content Strategy Coordination
- Assist in planning and developing content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
- Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for social media posts and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
3. Facebook Ads Support
- Assist in creating, launching, and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
- Monitor ad performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze social media metrics using tools like Facebook Insights and Google Analytics.
- Prepare performance reports highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
5. Basic Editing & Content Creation
- Edit photos, videos, and graphics on an as-needed basis for time-sensitive posts to maintain brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to finalize urgent content while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
6. Team Assistance & Collaboration
- Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating with various teams to collect necessary resources, assets, and information essential for timely social media content creation and campaign execution.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Supervisor and Strategic Communications team in executing additional digital marketing tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital advertising, or related roles.
- Practical experience in social media management, including content planning and community engagement.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Basic photo and video editing skills using tools like Canva or Adobe software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
