Our current services include providing high-quality online Japanese language education to learners worldwide. We operate JPLT Online School, a subscription-based virtual campus where students—primarily from the Philippines—can study Japanese in a fun, structured, and interactive environment. In addition to our Japanese programs, we also partner with English conversation service providers in Japan by supplying professional online English instructors.
Job Type: Part-time position
- 5 days a week, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM [4 hours]
- Remote or Hybrid setup available (SBMA office + remote work flexibility)
- ₱12,000/month + Benefits (13th month pay, performance bonus eligibility, free Japanese lessons)
Job Qualification:
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, etc)
- Basic shooting and photography skills
- Conversational English skills (oral & written)
- Able to judge and do tasks accordingly
- Able to work well in a team or independently
- Reliable internet connection and device (for remote setup)
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Content research, ideation, and planning
- Developing creative content production (videos/reels/photos)
- Shooting videos and photos using a smartphone or camera.
- Editing videos/photos with engaging text, music, and effects.
- Managing and publishing content on various social media platforms.
- Analyzing content performance and trends and weekly reporting of performance
- Attend a weekly check-in meeting
Ideal Candidate:
- You are a trendsetter who stays up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
- You are a creative problem-solver with a knack for storytelling.
- You have a can-do attitude and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
You don’t need advanced creative skills — passion, curiosity, and a good eye for trends are what matter most. If you have a passion for social media, a good eye for what's trending, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging visuals, you're the perfect fit for this role.
