Linked Helpers is actively seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager/Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and management for US-based clients, with a proven ability to create engaging content, post strategically, interact with audiences, and grow followers across major platforms.
Starting Salary: PHP 25,000/month (Probation Period)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily social media operations across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- Develop and execute content strategies to increase engagement and grow followers
- Create visually engaging graphics for posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials
- Schedule and post content consistently using scheduling tools
- Monitor trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategy
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
- Analyze metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience working with US-based clients or companies
- Proven experience in social media management and marketing
- Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
