Job Summary
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive growth across all social media platforms. This role blends creativity, analytics, and communication to shape the company’s digital voice and online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, video) across platforms
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to foster community and brand loyalty
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and ROI
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
- Track competitor activity and industry developments
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and audience insights
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends

- Experience with paid social media advertising
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
