We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, increasing engagement, growing our followers, and aligning our brand voice across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging, original content including graphics, videos, and captions.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly performance reports.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, HR, Design) to support campaigns and events.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and media contacts when applicable.
- Handle paid ads (optional) and boost strategies to reach target audiences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or business.
- Strong portfolio or sample work (social posts, content calendars, campaigns).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and trend awareness.
