We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence across multiple platforms. This role requires more than just scheduling posts—you will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing eye-catching graphics, producing simple animations, and driving growth through smart social media strategy.
As a key part of our marketing team, you will shape how our audience connects with our brand, products, and values.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and curate original content, including: Graphics (static posts, infographics, carousels) Short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks) Animations (simple motion graphics or animated text/elements)
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting aligned with campaigns
- Engage with the community: monitor comments, DMs, and mentions
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, product) to align messaging
- Track performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay up to date with platform trends, features, and algorithm changes
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or international clients
- Creative and Proficient in different social media editing graphics and animation tools
- Knowledgeable in Scheduling post on social media platforms
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Understanding of social media analytics and growth tactics
- Excellent time management and communication skills
