Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies to grow engagement and followers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create and manage content calendars and schedule posts.
- Monitor trends and analytics, adjusting strategies based on performance.
- Respond to comments and DMs, foster community engagement.
Long-Form Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Edit long-form video content (e.g., YouTube videos, interviews, podcasts).
- Cut, color-correct, add transitions, graphics, subtitles, and B-roll using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Repurpose long-form videos into shorter clips for social media (YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Reels).
- Optimize content for each platform (dimensions, captions, hooks, and retention tactics).
Creative Direction & Collaboration
- Collaborate with the marketing team or creator on content ideas.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and audio content.
- Stay up to date on platform algorithm changes and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of edited long-form and short-form video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and content optimization for each.
- Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a bonus.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php275.00 - Php300.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
