Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced B2B Social Media Strategist to join a dynamic US-based marketing agency. You will lead the planning and execution of social content strategies, manage client-facing platforms, and contribute to broader brand engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B social strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok
- Plan and manage content calendars
- Create multimedia content including reels, carousels, and short-form videos
- Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights
- Stay updated on trends and utilize AI tools to enhance workflow
- Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams
- Support blog, email, and podcast content campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5 or more years of social media strategy and content management experience
- Strong background in B2B marketing and campaign execution
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Canva, Buffer, Adobe, and analytics tools
- Skilled at writing, content creation, and project management
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Committed to full-time EST hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency experience or consulting background
- Familiarity with podcast production or promotion
- Comfortable using AI and content tools like SEMrush or ChatGPT
- Strong experience with brand building and campaign development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
