Job Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist who can craft compelling visual and written content, implement campaigns, and contribute to the growth of our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visual concepts that inspire, inform, and drive audience engagement
• Develop content across multiple platforms: social media, websites, email, blogs, videos, and product descriptions
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content (may include dialogue, graphics, sound, and special effects)
• Follow and maintain an editorial calendar in collaboration with the content team
• Apply SEO strategies to boost online visibility
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in content creation (portfolio required)
• Background in Virtual Assistance, Customer Service, or BPO is a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, Lumen5, etc.)
• Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Basic video editing proficiency (CapCut, Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Strong understanding of:
• Layout, design, and typography
• Formatting for digital and print media
• Paid advertising and audience targeting
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Knowledge in cloud-based services, CRMs, and digital collaboration tools
• Skilled in word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Ability to manage phone, email, and instant messaging platforms
• Tech-savvy with strong computer literacy

Equipment Requirements:

• Hardware: Laptop/Desktop (minimum Intel i3/i5 or AMD equivalent, 8 GB RAM)
• Headset: Noise-canceling computer headset
• Internet: Wired connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
• Software:
• Microsoft Office, PDF Reader, AnyDesk, Google Drive, Discord, Zoom
• Graphic Design Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Video Editing Tools: CapCut, Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro
