*REQUIREMENTS*:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- At least 2–5 years of experience managing business social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), preferably in retail, automotive, or e-commerce.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in social media platforms popular in the Philippines (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Capcut, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of video editing apps for short-form content (e.g., CapCut, InShot).
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads and boosting posts.
Marketing Skills
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns, promos, and collaborations.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships.
- Understanding of SEO basics and how to optimize posts for reach.
Other Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to occasionally visit stores or events for content creation.
- Knowledge of the local automotive scene and car communities is a big plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
