The Solutions Program Specialist will be responsible for several solution development activities ranging from creation, management, launch and overall governance of Solutions programs. The key elements are ensuring a full range of input from across the business, specific capability, customers, and industry to translate to the development and overall success of solutions.
Role accountabilities:

The Program Specialist is responsible for supporting the Solutions Director/Leader in meeting his/her targets.
- Organizing programs and activities for Solutions team;
- Lead the Solutions team in developing the new solution roadmap and successful commercialization of these new solutions;
- Work closely with all the Solution Directors within the Global Business Area and come up with strategy which will be directly influencing the business and generate revenues;
- Work with capability leaders and teams to drive new ideas and approaches, solutions and products through leadership;
- Oversee competitive & market research and analysis as they relate to existing and developing solutions;
- Develop forecasts and metrics, monitor and evaluate the results to determine the solution is meeting fiscal, delivery, and customer expectations;
- Reporting solutions performance to solutions team and directors;
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and exercises within the Solutions team;
- Prepare and draft internal/external presentations related to Solutions;
- Prepare and manage internal communications;
- Responsible for administration tasks associated with managing the Solutions;
- Support and participate in ad-hoc tasks and special projects;
Qualifications & Experience:
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business, preferred
- Minimum of 3+ years in a business role (Market/financial analysis, solutions specialist)
- Must be computer literate and have advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, ideally in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Key Qualifications
- Must have a field of expertise in one of these areas: research, data analysis, copywriting, or graphic design, wherein he/she can support the Commercial Enablement team when not fully utilized in Solutions
- Must be a strong self-starter and proactive (action and results-driven); Quick in decision-making, liaison and interaction with internal network
- Has competency to connect with senior leadership & other key stakeholders
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Highly analytical and organized
- Proven record of accomplishment of launching successful solutions, managing releases, and executing winning solutions and launches with a small team
- Experience working closely with engineering organization to define applications and tools and manage them through the entire product life cycle
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- High personal integrity, self-motivated, passionate team-oriented individual
