A Field Sourcing Assistant is responsible for helping the recruitment team find suitable applicants for job openings. This includes visiting communities, posting job ads, attending job fairs, and coordinating with local offices.

Job Descrption:
The Field Sourcing Assistant is responsible for helping the recruitment team find suitable applicants for job openings. This includes visiting communities, posting job ads, attending job fairs, and coordinating with local offices. The role also involves assisting in initial screenings, collecting applicant requirements, and providing regular updates to the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
- At least a high school graduate or higher
- With working knowledge and experience in recruiting skilled workers in the construction field
- Applicants must be open to a roving position (Metro Manila, Cavite, Laguna, Bulacan)
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
