JOB DESCRIPTION
- Source candidates from various sourcing channels for vacancies nationwide
- Helps in establishing partnerships with possible sources of candidates such as schools, organizations and etc
- Assists in creating pool for current and future vacancies (across all levels)
- Attends recruitment events such as job fairs and open house recruitment
- Assists in updating database for sourcing
- Handles admin transactions such as collection of pre-employment requirements for new hires.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
- At least 6 months of working experience in recruitment/sourcing is an advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in MAKATI CITY
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
