JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Vocational or Associate degree in Mechanical Technology or Industrial Technology.
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or maintenance support.Preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge in inventory software systems (e.g. Odoo)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Organize and label inventory in a systematic and accessible manner
- Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems (manual or digital)
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely reordering to avoid shortages
- Ensure all spare parts are stored in a clean, secure, and climate-appropriate environment
