Overview:
As a Multimedia Specialist, he/she will take charge of end-to-end video production, from concept development to final delivery. This includes planning, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with the company’s branding and marketing goals. The role will work closely with internal teams to produce engaging video materials for campaigns, social media, and internal initiatives. You will report to the Brand and Content Manager, ensuring the consistent visual storytelling of the brand across all digital platforms
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Video Production
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, and Recruitment teams to brainstorm video ideas and translate briefs into engaging video concepts that align with branding and campaign goals.
  • Production: Oversee or directly handle on-site video shoots, including camera work, lighting, and audio setup, ensuring high-quality footage.
  • Post-Production: Lead the video editing process, including cutting footage, adding effects, color grading, audio mixing, and adding motion graphics or animations as needed.
  • Final Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of final video products, optimized for various platforms (social media, internal use, presentations, etc.), ensuring all technical specifications are met.

Creative Design and Visual Content Production
  • Supporting Visuals: In addition to video production, create complementary visual assets (e.g., thumbnails, banners, promotional graphics) that maintain brand consistency across all media.
  • Content Adaptation: Adapt video content for different channels and formats (e.g., short-form for social media, long-form for internal use).

Brand Consistency and Innovation
  • Brand Storytelling: Ensure that all video content is aligned with the company’s brand messaging and values, contributing to a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Creative Innovation: Stay updated on video production trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to continuously improve the visual impact of video content.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (Communications, Recruitment, Events) to ensure video content supports broader marketing and organizational goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee the video production process from start to finish, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations to ensure smooth execution.

Performance and Improvement
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular reviews of video content to ensure high production standards are met, adjusting based on feedback.
  • Feedback and Revisions: Implement feedback from key stakeholders, iterating on video content to enhance quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in industry-standard multimedia production tools.

  • Collaboration: Works well with cross-functional teams and adapts to feedback.
  • Time Management: Can handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Stays current with media trends and tools.

Educational Qualification/s

  • A college graduate with a background in multimedia or design

Professional Qualification/s

  • Intermediate proficiency in industry-standard multimedia production tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to execute complex projects with precision.
  • Strong ability to conceptualize and transform ideas into compelling visual content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Agency Experience is a plus.
