What You'll Do
- Evaluate speech, language, and communication needs of children
- Design and implement personalized, evidence-based therapy plans
- Treat children with articulation issues, language delays, stuttering, and social communication challenges
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, PTs, SPED teachers, and developmental pediatricians
- Educate parents on home-based strategies
- Use our EMR system to document sessions and track progress
- Join case conferences, trainings, and team meetings
- Keep therapy sessions fun, focused, and child-friendly
Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (PRC required)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pediatric experience is a plus (but fresh board passers are welcome!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate, patient, and creative when working with kids
- Willing to work onsite in Bacoor, Cavite
- Tech-savvy or willing to learn EMR
- Committed to a minimum of 16 hours/week for part time and 32 hours/week for full time
