Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs direct nursing care, and assists physician in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in order to provide proper patient care.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The position holder shall undertake the following functions:
- Gives nursing care utilizing nursing process in providing quality care.
- Admitting and orienting clients
- Carries out doctor’s order within hospital policies and legal limitations.
- Applies hospital policies and procedures in giving nursing care.
- Documenting procedure, patient’s response and progress.
- Maintains confidentiality and completeness of record during confinement.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor of Science Major in Nursing with professional license.
(with atleast BLS, ACLS, IVT training)
*Registered Nurse without hospital experience may also apply.
