Job Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the operations of the station
- Supervise and coordinate the work of cashiers and pump attendants
- Create and manage staff work schedules
- Oversee inventory control and manage delivery receipts
- Prepare sales reports and reconcile daily/weekly and other required reports for management
- Train both new hires and current employees
- Identify and report any issues at the station, and propose solutions to resolve them
- Implement strategies to boost staff motivation, efficiency, and customer service
- Prior experience in managing a gas station is preferred
- Must be open to assignments at any of our available station locations
- Immediate availability to start is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 per month
