Job Summary:
Provides assistance in maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, supports basic food preparation, and ensures that utensils, equipment, and workstations are clean and ready for service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and workstations.
- Assist in basic food preparation (peeling, portioning, organizing ingredients).
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and ensure bins are regularly emptied and cleaned.
- Support chefs by preparing ingredients and organizing mise en place.
- Help receive and store deliveries as needed.
- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
