Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations:Managing daily operations like opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper staffing.
- Sales and Profit:Developing and implementing sales plans, controlling costs, and managing inventory to achieve profitability goals.
- Staff Management:Recruiting, training, scheduling, and evaluating staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Customer Service:Addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Financial Management:Overseeing cash and media management, preparing financial reports, and managing expenses.
- Inventory Management:Tracking and ordering supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and minimizing waste.
- Quality Control:Maintaining product quality standards, ensuring recipes are followed consistently, and educating staff on products and services.
- Safety and Compliance:Promoting safe work habits, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining loss prevention standards.
