Overview:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the store, ensuring it meets sales targets, operational goals, and delivers exceptional customer service. This role involves leading the store team, managing resources, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Store Manager serves as the primary leader, fostering a positive and productive workplace while upholding the brand's values and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve performance goals.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members for operational success.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, policies, and goals.
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor store performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure the store provides a consistent and memorable customer experience.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Sales and Financial Oversight
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor sales reports, control expenses, and manage budgets effectively.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling, sales reporting, and financial reconciliations.
- Inventory and Quality Control
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize shrinkage and wastage.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and are displayed correctly.
- Compliance and Safety
- Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure store readiness and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or food service management.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
