Responsible for the attainment of branch store sales objectives, design and implementation of plans and strategies towards total customer satisfaction, quality service, quality products and quality people and supervision of sales operations and personnel in all departments of branch Department Store and Supermarket.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, recommend and implement store sales plans and departmental strategies for effective selling operation to achieve goals and maintain efficiency and effectiveness of store operations, employee productivity and total customer satisfaction.
- Identify market opportunities, potential customers, and developmental needs and submits sales forecast.
- Coordinates with merchandising in maintaining merchandise displays, pricing system, inventory, and sales information on merchandise and other matter.
- Work closely with the marketing department for sales support and implementation of promotional programs and recommend promotional sales and advertising activities.
- Conduct Business Educational Tours (BET) and Market Surveys (MS) periodically to maintain or ensure a competitive edge over the other stores in terms of merchandise or prices.

Must be flexible to work across the Bicol Region (Irosin or Legazpi)
