Job Overview
The Store Supervisor is responsible for driving the assigned store teams to achieve sales and profitability goals through planning, coordination, proper execution of plans, processes, and policies within the assigned store(s).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall store management
- Plans and directs the day-to-day operations
- Develops strategies to improve Customer Service
- Drive store sales, and increase profitability
- Ensures the proper implementation of processes, marketing promos, projects, schemes, merchandise display, and layout in all assigned stores through regular monitoring and gathering feedback
- Leads the team in building a strong sales and service culture with the operations team through effective coaching and mentoring
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course preferable Business, Entrepreneurship or any related course
- Minimum of 2-3 year experience in retail operations
- Knowledgeable in sales and marketing strategies
- Must have strong analytical, numerical, problem solving, leadership, and people management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in working in a flexible and fast-paced environment
