Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Consistently demonstrates honesty, reliability, and dedication
- Physically fit and capable of performing job-related tasks
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all areas
- Provide leadership and encouragement to team members to ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Plan shifts and delegate duties to ensure effective workload distribution and team output
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and minimizing waste
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Train, coach, and support new and existing staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies
- Enforce company procedures, including cash handling, security protocols, and operational policies
- Assist in conducting performance reviews and participate in disciplinary actions when necessary
