Job Summary:
The Store Supervisor assists the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This role ensures that the staff delivers excellent customer service, maintains food safety standards, and supports the achievement of store performance goals. The Store Supervisor acts as a team leader, ensuring that both front-of-house and back-of-house teams perform efficiently and in alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and service quality during assigned shifts.
- Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs), with full compliance to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor store cleanliness, food quality, and service speed through regular checks and corrective actions.
- Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising staff to ensure optimal manpower coverage and performance.
- Provide real-time coaching and guidance to crew members to improve service and teamwork.
- Lead by example in maintaining professional conduct, grooming standards, and adherence to company policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, fostering a customer-centric environment.
- Track inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO), and coordinate replenishment needs with the Store Manager.
- Maintain accurate shift reports, sales summaries, and incident documentation.
- Support compliance with company regulations and promptly escalate operational concerns to the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational or college education preferred).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in food service or restaurant operations.
- Prior supervisory or team leader experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team during peak hours.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
The salary for this position is open to negotiation, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
