Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operation of Stores/Outlets
1. Prepares weekly work plan to specific store assigned
2. Carries with them important documents to be forwarded to the Store/Outlet personnel and mall admin.
3. Provides result on store/outlet visit by reviewing and filling-up the Store/Outlet Assessment form, submits report on below matters the ff. day to the Operations Assistant, discusses, suggests, and performs action plan as necessary:
- Sales
- Promoter Attendance
- Overview on Inventory Stock level
- Customer complaints and suggestions
- Status on store and showcases location
- Status on store and showcase lighting
- Status on store supplies and equipment
- Mall and Outlet branch concerns
4. Coordinate and follow-up with Head Office any SKU with low stocking level for immediate replenishment.
5. Performs direct Store/Outlet contact for immediate response to customer needs, problems, and satisfaction.
6. Forwards request of showcase lightings for replacement to Admin Assistant and requests and schedules Electrician for immediate replacement of busted lights.
7. Forwards request of store supplies and equipment to Admin Assistant for immediate replenishment.
8. Ensures on-time availability and pick-up of Daily Sales report from Outlet promoters and forwards it to Operations Assistant and Store/Outlet Controller.
9. Recommends and discusses with Operations Mngt/Asst. short-range action plans and steps to carry out to address immediate problems and facilitate damage control.
Requirements & Qualifications
Candidate much a Bachelor's/Degree, Business Administration or any related course.
Willing to work in Saturday or Sunday or even Holiday / Store Operations.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Good Communication Skills, Good Selling
1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
With Experience in Store Operation and can handle People.
Willing to work in SM Makati - Xiaomi
