Job description
- Train positive individuals to be performing members of Cham's Convenience Store, ensuring excellent customer service
- Meets financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
- Ensures standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
- Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management.
- Have the physical ability to perform all duties of a store crew regularly.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four-year course, preferably business courses.
- A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience
- Highly personable and has in-depth knowledge of the Customer Service best practices
- Must have strong leadership skills
