Job Description
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and replenishing stock as needed.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Visual Merchandising:
- Plan and execute appealing and effective visual merchandising displays both Store and Exhibit Displays.
- Maintain the appearance of both Store and Exhibit Displays, ensuring they are always clean, organized, and attractive.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Set and monitor sales targets and performance goals.
- Implement sales strategies to maximize store revenue and profitability.
Loss Prevention:
- Implement security measures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of employees and customers.
- Follow and enforce company policies on loss prevention. Financial Management
- Maintain store budget and control expenses.
- Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports, identifying areas for improvement.
Compliance:
- Ensure that the store complies with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- College graduate
- With at least 3-5 years of sales experience is a must
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- Open to give and receive feedback
- With Strong Leadership Skills
- Detail oriented
