About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager who will play a pivotal role in building and growing our partner ecosystem. This person will identify, develop, and manage technology alliances that drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and enhance the value we deliver to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and secure new strategic technology partnerships aligned with our product roadmap and growth objectives.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders across partner organizations—from executives to technical and sales teams.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to design joint value propositions, co-branded solutions, marketing campaigns, and enablement programs.
- Revenue Growth: Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities. Build and manage a joint pipeline with partners, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Enablement & Training: Develop and deliver programs that empower partner sales and technical teams to position, sell, and implement our solutions.
- Performance & Optimization: Set KPIs, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and identify areas for improvement to maximize partner ROI.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor alliances, and emerging technologies to refine strategies and capture new opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead discussions and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial, compliant, and sustainable terms.
- Internal Alignment: Act as the central point of contact for all partnership-related activities, driving seamless collaboration across internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Alliances, Partner Management, Business Development, or a related role—preferably within enterprise technology services or SaaS.
- Proven success in developing strategic partnerships that deliver measurable revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of technology partner ecosystems (cloud platforms, ISVs, system integrators).
- Familiarity with enterprise cloud technologies (business platforms, HR, ERP, digital transformation).
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar tools).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel (25–50%) for partner meetings and industry events.

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
