We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-oriented Strategic Talent Acquisitions Executive to lead our talent acquisition efforts across the hospitality, healthcare, and property management sectors. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Talent Acquisition Execution
- Design and execute comprehensive, sector-specific talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding of top talent across hospitality, healthcare, and property management roles.
- Partner with executive leadership to anticipate workforce needs and create proactive recruitment plans.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of industry-specific talent for both operational and leadership positions.
- Leverage modern sourcing tools, AI platforms, and recruitment marketing techniques to stay ahead in competitive talent markets.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders, offering insights into talent availability, compensation trends, and candidate expectations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team to ensure delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between HR, operations, and departmental heads to ensure alignment of hiring objectives with organizational strategy.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Enhance the organization’s employer value proposition (EVP) across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, industry events, and professional networks.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects the organization's culture and values.
- Represent the organization at industry-specific job fairs, recruitment events, and partnership initiatives with academic and professional institutions.
Technology & Process Optimization
- Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS platforms and automation tools for greater efficiency and scalability.
- Use data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay informed of talent trends and regulatory updates within hospitality, healthcare, and real estate/property management.
Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment leadership experience, with a focus on hospitality, healthcare, or property management.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for a variety of roles, from front-line operations to executive positions.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Deep understanding of sector-specific hiring needs, job functions, and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing strategies, including social media, industry networks, and recruitment technology.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in recruitment reporting and talent analytics.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, Lever, Greenhouse, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of labor laws, diversity and inclusion hiring practices, and compliance frameworks relevant to each industry.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
