Educational Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BS Psychology or a related field is commonly preferred.
Experience:
- At least with six months of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates using various methods.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Interpersonal Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of human resources procedures and talent acquisition trends.
- Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment platforms.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey information clearly.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the specific industry and the roles within the organization to identify the suitable candidates.
