Job Description
Collaborate with business leaders and support function team members to identify improvement opportunities and answer key strategic questions. Structure and manage project work. Perform primary and secondary research. Synthesize business insights derived from analyses into clear and concise recommendations for business leaders. Perform assessments to develop insights and action plans to achieve the best performance. Recommend and implement practical solutions while working directly with stakeholders to derive business improvements.
Role Summary:
Responsible for co-defining and co-driving the organization's strategic vision and transformational agenda. This role involves setting the strategic direction in alignment with the company's overall objectives, leading the development and execution of initiatives that drive long-term growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This role oversees the identification and implementation of key transformation projects that improve business processes, enhance customer experience, and increase organizational agility.

Developing and executing comprehensive workforce strategies that align with the organization’s long-term goals. This role involves leading the strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of workforce initiatives to ensure that the organization has the right talent, in the right roles, at the right time working with the NTG Leaders and HR.
Also responsible for identifying and managing Strategy implementation risks, workforce-related risks, ensuring that potential challenges are anticipated and mitigated effectively. This includes working with the NTG divisions in designing and implementing risk mitigation.
