General Description:
The Student Affairs Officer will assist in creating and carrying out plans and initiatives that are intended to connect with students and student organizations. S/he is in charge of ensuring that iACADEMY students have a meaningful, memorable, and fun school experience, cultivating strong school spirit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and implement programs and strategies for students and ensure the effective and efficient execution, monitoring, and evaluation of the said programs and strategies.
- Recommend process improvement interventions that will help in student engagement; advise program leaders on policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
- Lead and direct activities such as productions, programs, and performances.
- Coordinate with student leaders and student organizations on a regular basis.
- Be updated with trends and developments in the field of Student Affairs concerning the department’s priority programs/pillars.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the administration.
Education/Professional Qualification:
- College graduate, preferably a graduate of Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations
- Project management, event handling skills
- Community, student engagement skills
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional business communications skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Events planning/project management experience
- Program management
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to relate well to different types of personalities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
