Job Description
Reponsible for supporting the Student Development and Welfare (SDW) department by assisting with the planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluation of programs within the STI Network. The role also involves carrying out various operational duties to ensure the smooth functioning of Student Development and Welfare activities.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or any related field
- Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in Student Affairs/Development, Office Coordination, or a similar role is preferred
- High level proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, with self initiative, can work with minimum supervision and ability to communicate with other departments
- Superior time management skills, organization and result oriented
- Ability to handle pressure and particular to deadline
- Willing to report onsite from Monday to Friday
