Growth and profitability of Dustin Dale Marketing Inc.
Functions:
- Enhance and grow new business opportunities with established customers; develop new customers in the market.
- Generates sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operational aspects including distribution, logistics and manpower.
- Leads, directs and motivates the sales team in order to achieve sales objectives.
- Revises and implements the sales strategies plans.
- Locates areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities for the employees and business unit
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Provides training, coaching, development and motivation for personnel.
- Develops forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
- Manages budget and allocate funds appropriately.
- Stay well-informed of competing markets and provide reports on market movement.
- Monitors staff performance levels, provides feedback on and helps identify improvement opportunities.
- Meet or exceed established business and profit growth targets; remain accountable for products.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in business and marketing related course
- Sales and operation background preferably in a distribution industry is an advantage (3 – 4-year experience)
- Skills & Abilities: Strategic Management, Sales Management, Budget Management, Principal Joint Business Plan
- Reports and presentations skills
