Job Position: Production Sub-Leader
Qualifications:
- Atleast College Graduate
- With at least 1 year of work experience as a Sub-Leader in a Japanese Manufacturing Company
- Must know how to handle more than 20 operators
- Must have knowledge/experience in Leading Production Assembly and Inspection process
- Ability to manage people within the assembly line
- Strong leadership, communication and decision making skills
- Flexible and willing to assign in other task within the production group
- Able to create report in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Willing to work ASAP
