We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented professional to oversee our Product Lifecycle and NPI Programs from a Supply Chain perspective. It will include monitoring ECN and PCN along with managing product EOL and replacement strategies. This role will have to collaborate with multiple key departments to support both of our new and existing TrueNAS products. In addition, a key part of your responsibility will be managing relationships with Supply Chain ODM and Commodity Partners to ensure a strategic partnership. You will also establish forecasting and planning strategies for TrueNAS products, and set KPI for manufacturers and distributors. This position will be reporting to Senior Manager, Supply Chain.
This is an in-office role based out of our Makati office.
Base Pay Range
The base pay range of this position is $25,000 to $35,000 USD annually. Additional compensation through the Incentive Bonus Program is available for this position after successfully completing 6-months of employment.
Please note that the provided range reflects the pay spectrum for positions within the same job category as the one to which this position belongs. The final offer will consider various factors, such as location, education, and prior experience, to ensure a comprehensive and fair compensation assessment.

The Day-to-Day
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Oversee all New Product Introductions and Product Life Cycle Management from a Supply Chain perspective
- Monitor Engineering Change Notifications and Product Change Notifications
- Responsible for products End-of-Life and replacement strategy
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations on new and existing products.
- Manage Supply Chain ODM and Commodity Partners to ensure cost-effectiveness, product availability, and sourcing strategy.
- Engage the PLM system for Supply Chain functionalities.
- Establish a forecasting and planning strategy for TrueNAS products.
- Establish KPI for Manufacturers and Distributors
- Drive timely and effective identification of root cause and resolution of corrective actions
- Ability To Travel As Required ( <15% )

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years experience in Manufacturing Supply Chain
- Strong understanding of NPI process and PLM systems
